| Abstract | On 12 Dec 1995, the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") successfully prosecuted Mr Chau Yiu Ting, Mr Ma Hon Chung and Miss Shea Hiu Fan for short selling securities on The Stock Exchange Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK"). Mr Chau is a dealer's representative of Infast Brokerage Limited ("IBL"), whilst Mr Ma and Miss Shea were both previously clients of IBL. |
