| Abstract | Fok On Garden is a private-sector participation scheme project at Ma On Shan, standing on a roughly square site next to Shatin Hoi. Despite its small scale (it contains only two residential blocks) the development is not "miserly", thanks to generous panoramic views available to the tenants. It faces Tolo Harbour, the Pat Sin Range and the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Tenants should, of course, enjoy such an environment. |
