| Abstract | The Hong Kong Society of Accountants (HKSA) submitted a 33-point proposal for the 1996/97 Budget to the Financial Secretary in November. The Society has proposed a number of tax incentive measures, which are aimed at helping to preserve Hong Kong's competitiveness in the Asia Pacific Region, and in turn, to stimulate economic growth, and employment. |
