| Abstract | The Hong Kong Country Club, situated on the south side of Hong Kong with commanding views of Deep Water Bay, is an active facility with many amenities including top-notch restaurants. The Chinese restaurant, called the Island Room, and its associated private area,the Golden Room, were in dire need of refurbishment but commencing work late in 1995 also meant clashing with its peak period. |
