| Abstract | In order to assist Mr Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, the Financial Secretary, in the preparation of the 1996/97 Budget, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong has submitted their proposals for Mr. Tsang's consideration. Their proposals are directed mainly at creating a more favourable business environment to stimulate investment, thus providing better employment opportunities for the people of Hong Kong. |
