| Abstract | Speaking at a seminar organised by the Hong Kong Construction Association at the YMCA, the Assistant Director (Legal and Management) of the Buildings Department, Mr Cheng Wei-dart said that Government is committed to further enhance building and demolition site safety through a series of immediate, medium and long term measures. One of these measures is the introduction of a package of proposed legislative amendments under the Buildings (Amendment) (No 3) Bill 1995. |
