| Abstract | Park'N Shop is Hong Kong's fastest expanding supermarket chain and stocks over 10,000 products. Maintaining stock in a large supermarket is a complex task, especially in Hong Kong where space is at a premium. With 166 supermarkets in the territory, Park'N Shop's 30 buyers have a difficult job maintaining stock levels of its wide range of merchandise. It hopes to improve its supply chain efficiency using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). |
