| Abstract | Susceptibility data on specific organisms have been reported previously in Hong Kong. However, there have been only two reports on the prevalence of bacteria in clinical specimens and their resistance to antimicrobial agents. Consequently, the authors decided to analyse the distribution and antimicrobial resistance of individual bacterial organisms isolated from specimens collected in a teaching hospital in Hong Kong from 1987 to 1993. |
