| Abstract | A developer has been selected by the Provisional Airport Authority (PAA) for the first hotel at Hong Kong's new airport at Chek Lap Kok. The PAA Board on 28 September approved in principle sub-lease agreements with Regal Hotels (Hoildings) Limited through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bauhinia Hotels Limited, for the development and operation of a fourstar hotel and adjoining car park. The organisation was chosen from 18 initial submisssions. |
