| Abstract | In social welfare organizations, especially for the residential homes, it's common to work on shifts but staggered hours is far from popular. As mentioned by Mr. Ng Shui Lai, Director of Hong Kong Christian Service, they have tried staggered hours at the headquarters for 3 months, after which a survey was conducted among the colleagues. As the results of the survey are quite positive, they have continued to pursue that policy, for nearly a year until now. However, Mr. Ng said that staggered hours might not suit all organizations. |
