Article TitleResidential prices tumble.
Is Part OfHong Kong business ; v.14, no.161, Nov 1995, p.4.
AbstractThe summer months were not kind to landlords and property owners in Hong Kong, with sluggish turnover helping to prolong the ongoing slump in prices and rents for office, residential and industrial space. The drop in residential prics polarized over the July-September period with the largest and smallest dwellings losing value faster than mid-sized units, according to the Vigers/Knight Ridder Hong Kong Property Index.
