| Abstract | Most multinational companies have little problem selling their goods in China. However, getting it there is another matter entirely. Efficient goods flow in China seems like an unattainable dream for even the most competent of Logistics Managers and experienced multinational companies. More like a continent than a country, it proves a maze of restrictions and regulations which require careful negotiation. Its vast size and poor infrastructure create a logistics nightmare and strategic planning is an absolute must to establish a workable network for physical distribution. |
