AbstractIf the owners of Tak Win Restaurant have anything, they have panache. First, they wrangled away form Fook Lam Moon the manager of that prestigious Cantonese canteen, to oversee their first culinary venture, a similarly upscale eatery in Sunshine Plaza, Wanchai. Then, to make the high-class image stick, Tak Win solicited the design skills of Joseph Sy & Associate Ltd. Joseph Sy took the familiar brief for a posh shark's fin and abalone restaurant and set out to create a venue in which diners would not object to spending $20,000 on a meal.
