| Abstract | The Government has increased the maximum plot ratio for hotels to 15, the same level as for commercial properties. The move was prompted by worries over Hong Kong's future hotel supply, in light of the closure of major hotels such as the Hilton and Hotel Victoria, and the predicted growth in the number of tourists to the territory. |
