| Abstract | No major office building was completed during the fourth quarter. However, a number of small, lowrise Grade B office buildings were recently completed relieving some of the pent up demand. The office space in JF News Tower is now 75% committed. Major office buildings near completion include Universal Mansion in Jingan and East Ocean Centre in Huangpu. Both projects are scheduled for completion in mid 1995. |
