| Abstract | JF News Tower was the only Grade A office building to be completed during the quarter, providing 22,300 square meters of office space. Sun Plaza (5,623 square meters) is undergoing internal fitout and is due to open before the end of the year. Approximately 133,000 square meters of Grade A office space will be completed in 1995 prior to the supply surge of 1996/97 when more than 1,000,000 square meters is scheduled for completion. |
