Abstract | Modern classics styling defines the detail created by the Smith Madden Group for the Global Asset Management (HK) Ltd. Relocating their premises within Tower II of Exchange Square, occupying most of Level 16, the space planning comfortably utilizes the 8,000 sq. ft. site with approximately 50 per cent of the layout designed as an open plan, and the remainder as enclosed spaces. The symmetrical curvature of the curtain wall on each side of the Exchange Square Tower is a dominating element given on the interior side. The designers have expanded on the curve as an element to be repeated throughout the office maintaining consistent detail that stabilizes the design. |
