| Abstract | Hongkong's telephone world is experiencing a huge nuisance. All the numbers are having a 2 put in front of them, in preparation no doubt for the issuing of eight-digit numbers which start with other numbers. This will increase the number of possible numbers from just under 10 million - which is apparently no longer enough - to just under 100 million. That should keep us going for a bit. |
