| Abstract | A Directive has been issued by the Ministry of Internal Trade. China is to have its own credit card payment system. The card is to be called Peony. It is not difficult for a retail outlet to put in facilities to support credit card payment at check-out counters. These are to do with the changeover from the cash to plastic card payment system. |
