| Abstract | In 1995's Budget Speech, Sir Hamish proposed to deal with the use of service companies to disguise an employer-employee relationship by legislation. The Inland Revenue (Amendment) Bill gazetted on March 17, 1995 to implement the change of law clearly casts a tax net much wider than what Sir Hamish has declared the Government intends to achieve. |
