| Abstract | The Hongkong Employers of Overseas Domestic Helpers Association welcomes and supports the government's proposal to set up a mandatory provident fund. However, the association cannot endorse the inclusion of migrant contract workers - such as foreign domestic helpers - in the scheme as we believe this is wrong in principle. |
