| Abstract | A little over one year ago animal lovers in Hong Kong were horrified to hear of the fate of 20 animals left by their owners in the care of a North Point pet shop. The owner of the shop, who was boarding animals without a licence, failed to return after an extended Lunar New Year holiday and most of the animals left in his care starved to death. |
