| Abstract | Construction contract for the planned extension of the HK Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) was awarded by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) to a joint venture formed by French-based Dragages et Travaux Publics and Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd of Hong Kong. Valued at almost HK$3 billion, the project moved into higher gear after the January signing of the main construction contract. |
