| Abstract | A black cloud is looming on the horizon of Hong Kong's economy, now that the Financial Secretary has forecast a deficit budget of HK$2.6 Billion for 1995/96. We are facing problems in our economy for which there are no easy solutions. The best step-forward is for the profession to gear up security measures to protect its own interests. It's time for us to exercise due diligence in checking inventory turnover, verifying assets and liability, making careful debt analysis, and looking closely at fund-flow statements from our clients. |
