| Abstract | On 17 December 1994, 159 engineering students and young engineers have attended a seminar on the development of Airport Core Programmes projects, with particular focus on some technical aspects such as project finance, environmental issue and construction technologies. This seminar, named "Floating Seminar", was jointly organised by the Engineering Students' Liaison Group and Young Members Committee. |
