| Abstract | Shekou Container Terminals (SCT) - the P&O Australia-managed facility located in the Pearl River Delta area of southern China - has reported strong growth in its box traffic. Total throughput of 87,000 Twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in 1994 compared with 67,000 TEUs in 1993, an increase of about 30%. |
