| Abstract | Law Kar is one of the programme coordinators of the Urban Council's 19th Hongkong International Film Festival (April 7-22). He's been responsible for tracking down films for a special festival category called Hongkong Cinema Retrospective: Early Images of Hongkong and China. It will comprise feature films and six programmes of documentaries, travelogues and newsreels. |
