| Abstract | Two academics have developed software which they say can deliver a credible appraisal of development projects in 10 minutes or less. Dr Keith Chan, assistant professor, and Antonio Hung, a graduate student of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's Department of Computing, have based their prototype on the structure and givens of the researcher's employer and call it Investment Property Project Appraisal (IPPA). |
