| Abstract | The new Occupationl Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO) came into effect on October 15, 1993 and effects most Hong Kong companies with employee retirement plans. Employers operating such plans must now register them with the Registrar of Occupations Retirement Schemes on or before October 15, 1995 and employers who initiate such plans must now apply to the registrar's office for registration. |
