The two-month culinary treat is the latest in a series of experiments by airlines serving the region. More than a decade ago, Anton Mossiman prepared a trans-Pacific banquet on a Cathay Pacific delivery flight between Boeing's factory outside Seattle and Kai Tak airport in Hongkong. |
