| Abstract | Omni has a strong springboard in its three floroushing hotels in Hongkong. From those busy properties, company training officers can recruit a cadre of experts in every department to dispatch to new hotels. They help in final training pre-opening and remain at the property until it is up and running efficiently under permanent staffers. This is what Omni did when it recently opened the 248-room Saigon hotel. It is a pattern that worked and one that will be repeated as Omni continues to open new properties. |
