| Abstract | China's Ministry of Chemical Industry made public its "three-100" development program at a chemical industrial exhibition held mid-September in Beijing. According to the program, the ministry will, by the year 2000, produce US$10 billion foreign exchange annually through exports, attract US$10 billion foreign investment in total and build 100 export-oriented chemical enterprises or groups. |
