AbstractDirect marketing is a fast growing medium world-wide and in Hong Kong but authoritative estimates are lacking with the industry. This article reports on a research study that sets out to rectify this position. A methodology is presented that was used to estimate the direct marketing market in Hong Kong and which will enable the future effect to be measured.
