| Abstract | Some 65 properties in North Lantau have received New Year's gifts of 250 air-conditioners from the Provisional Airport Authority. The machines were recommended, under the New Airport Master Plan, for Noise Sensitive Receivers (NSRs) which are properties such as houses, schools and hospitals projected to receive undesirable noise levels due to the construction of the new airport. |
