| Abstract | In the second successful prosecution for market manipulation, Mr Chan Kam-wing pleaded guilty today to manipulating the shares of Swilynn International Holdings Limited. Deputy Judge Michael Jenkins sentenced Mr Chan to six months imprisonment suspended for a period of twelve months and ordered him to pay costs of $100,000 to the Securities and Futures Commission within one month. |
