| Abstract | On 29 June Hong Kong had its first real taste of democracy. That depends, of course, on what you mean by deomcracy. Some say that our established freedom of expression, criticism and lobbying power together with a responsive government add up to a high degree of democracy already. Others say that until LegCo is elected through 100% geographical constituencies we have no democracy at all. |
