| Abstract | Although the market slowed towards the end of 1992, it has shown signs of increased activity since February 1993; however, it is still less buoyant than in early 1992. To ensure stability in the longer term, Government must ease the supply bottlenecks by making available sufficient supplies of land and an adequate quota of imported labour for the construction sector. |
