| Abstract | Colour boards went flying across the border for approval, and interviews required translators, fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, before the Smith Madden Group was given the nod of approval for Carraroe (HK) Ltd.'s new office. Smith Madden rose to the challenge and created 3,000 square feet of sumptuousness in Lippo Centre. The resulting office is one of timeless elegance that would not be out of place in London, New York or any international business centre. |
