| Abstract | This study examines the 40 fatal suicides committed by school children aged 10-19 in Hong Kong from September 1991 to March 1993. The number of fatal suicides reached a peak in the middle of the week. Statistical analysis shows that the school children fatal suicide rate is increasing slightly with time and that girls of the age group 15-19 has the largest rate of increase. |
