| Abstract | Most Care readers should be aware of Hong Kong's excessive cat and dog populations. Stray cats and dogs wandering the streets are an all too common sight. Many of them ultimately end up at the RSPCA, where most of them have to be destroyed because homes cannot be found for them, especially mixed-breed or mongrel dogs. This can lead to a negative image of the RSPCA. |
