| Abstract | The Rev. Fung Chi-wood is one of Legco's directly elected legislators, serving the Northern New Territories constituency. A former pastor of the Anglican Church, he joined the Conservancy Association in 1984 and soon became an executive member. He turned to politics in 1988, and was elected to the Shatin District Board. He has been a Regional and Legislative Councillor since 1991. |
