| Abstract | The Hong Kong Association of Banks has, after more than seven years, formulated a retort to the decision of the Privy Council in Tai Hing Cotton Mill Ltd v Liu Chong Hing Bank and recommended that its members introduce new conclusive evidence clauses into their contracts with their customers. This article examines whether these new terms are legally enforceable. |
