AbstractIt is warned that there would be a serious slowdown - if not a recession - in the services sector that is now the mainstay of the economy. The problem will hit early next year unless something happens to choke off the inflationary spiral created by too much money chasing too few goods and services. A significant easing of political tensions would only accelerate demand-push inflation.
