| Abstract | Because of high-level bungling and dithering in the Government, a prime site in North Point measuring 18,000 square metres is virtually going to waste. Large enough for a high-class residential estate or a plush hotel, it is instead the location of the Government Supplies Department (GSD) and houses only two buildings, one of eight storeys and the other of four storeys. The rest of the site is taken up by open space. |
