| Abstract | The Limitation (Amendment) Ordinance 1991 receives its Second Reading as long ago as February 1990 and was originally scheduled to come into force in June of that year. It appears to have been overtaken by developments in the case law and its passage was delayed. It finally received the Governor's assent in a considerably modified form in May 1991 and came into force on July 1, 1991. |
