| Abstract | The Hong Kong Government's policy and restrictions on Cantonese programming and subscription television via satellite may be contrary to 16 of the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights has the effect of repealing any inconsistent legislation. It would be desirable for any company affected by these restrictions to obtain a submission on the Bill of Rights would be timely. |
